Our Saviour Jesus Christ established the very first local Bible Believing Baptist in Jerusalem. He was the earthly Pastor, the apostles were the first officers, and the disciples were members. I Cor. 12:28 says, “And God hath set some in the church, first apostles…” The founder promised He would strengthen the Church. He said in Matt. 16:18, “…upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.” Thank God for the Church!

• We believe in God – God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. 1 John 5:7
• We believe that Jesus Christ was and is God from all eternity as the Word. John 1:1, 2, 14. We also believe in His incarnation. We further believe in His virgin birth, in His precious blood literally shed at Calvary for the remission of sin, and His resurrection, and ascension. Heb. 9:22-27. We further believe He is imminent coming. 2 Pet. 3:8-10.

Every organization has a purpose. Such purpose dictates the kind of a product, not vice versa. The purpose dictates the “Life Span” of a product or group. CBBC-LB has a purpose. And such purpose is eternal.

• CBBC-LB’s prime purpose is to EXALT Jesus
• CBBC-LB is the Church built by Christ Himself. Matt. 16:18 says this is His Church.
