PhilSys National ID Registration
Attention everyone!
We’re excited to announce that PhilSys Registration Sessions will be held at CBBCLB on April 24-25, 2024 (Wednesday to Thursday) from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Please make sure to bring the following requirements:
- For children aged 1 to 4 years old: Only a birth certificate is required, and they must be accompanied by a parent with a PhilID or ePhilID.
- For children aged 5 to 17 years old: A birth certificate (PSA/NSO/LCRO) is needed.
- For individuals aged 18 years old and above: One government-issued ID is sufficient.
- For registered individuals without a PhilID/ePhilID: Kindly present the transaction slip provided after registration.
We also want to remind everyone that this initiative is open for reports of PhilID loss. Thank you for your cooperation!
